He was predeceased by: his father Michael C. Poff; his sister Stephanie Poff; and his grandmother Carol Jamison. He is survived by: his mother Dawn C. Poff (Jamison) of Red Lion; his brother Zachary Poff of Red Lion; his grandparents, Rodney Jamison (Cynthia) of Felton, David and Carolyn Poff of Red Lion; his aunts, Robin Jamison of York and Bonnie Stine (John) of Spring Grove; and his cousins, Matthew, Katie, Jenna, Jordan and Justin.
