He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly A. Leiphart (Horn); and his siblings, Charles, Marlin Leiphart and Janet Heist. He is survived by: his son Daniel J. Leiphart (Daneille) of Edmond, OK; his grandsons, Nathan, Seth and Cooper; and his siblings, Donnie Leiphart of Red Lion and Geraldine Snyder of Red Lion. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
