She is survived by: her sister Marion Bowman of Lebanon; and her children, Michael Kury, Patricia Kury, Nancy Kury, Jane Jewels and Joseph Kury. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Sara also spent countless hours as a volunteer with Easter Seals, American Cancer Society and the Salvation Army.
