He was predeceased by: his father Larry Dean Frey. He is survived by: his mother Beetta Mae Mickey (Leland); his sons, Scott R. Leland Jr. of New Cumberland and Sean Leland of New Cumberland; and his half-sister Debra Bollinger (Mickey).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Etzweiler Family Funeral Homes (1111 E Market St, York, PA 17403). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
