She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale L. Shelly; her son Larry R. Shelly; and her boyfriend Carl Anderson. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy S. Mierzwa (Alice) of York; her grandsons, Scott A. Shelly (Lisa) and Chad E. Shelly (Anne); her great grandchildren, Riley S. Shelly and Toby J. Barnhart; and her close friend Connie Crull.
