He was predeceased by: his son Duane Ness; his parents, Ruthetta "Pat" Ness and Donald "Beans" Ness; and his siblings, Lonnie, Troy Ness and Donna Rae Wilk (Ness).
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie L. Ness (Ryan); his stepdaughter Lori Grendell; his daughter-in-law Jesikka Moore; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Valori Grendell and Elaina Tsoukalis; and his siblings, Todd Ness, Michael Ness and Leisa Wright (Ness). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
