He was predeceased by: his parents, Hemanta Kumar and Anima Banerjee (Chatterjee); and his sister Jayshree Goswami. He is survived by: his wife Lopamudra Banerjee (Mukherji); his daughters, Anuradha Banerjee (Evan Ubiera) of Jersey City, NJ and Nivedita Banerjee of Herndon, VA; his grandson Ishan Ubiera; his brother Debabrata Banerjee (Supriti) of Kolkata, India; and his nieces, Anita Goswami and Debashree Banerjee.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408).
