He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Izat and Mary Elizabeth Izat (Shearer); his wife Barbara Ann Izat (Taccino); and his brother George Izat. He is survived by: his children, David Izat (Lynn) and Donna Hull (Mark); his granddaughter Becky Hull (Peter Harrison); his niece Kelli Kidwell; and his sister-in-law Aldine Izat.
