Minnich (Thomas) of Dallastown; his grandchildren, Morgan Smith (Dylan) and Mackenzie Rice (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Piper Smith and Radley Smith; his siblings, Larry G. Keener (Cheryl) of Felton and Diane E. Lamparter (John) of Lancaster; and his aunt Evelyn Neff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
