It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Brian Billman (York, Pennsylvania), born in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Wendy K. Billman (King); and his siblings, Kevin Billman of Carlisle, Curt Billman (Ami) of Manassas, VA and Kelly Merris (Curt) of Carlisle.
