It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Treva Ilgenfritz McWilliams of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Treva Ilgenfritz may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ritter and Susanna Ilgenfritz (Ruppert). She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughter Bonnie Citron (Michael) of Malvern, PA; her grandchildren, Rhiannon Citron and Bryce Citron; and her sister Jeanne Coombs (Charles) of Columbia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (839 W Market St, York, PA 17401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
