It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter M. Schneider of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelm Schneider and Maria Schneider (Maute); his former wife Lisa; and his sons, Wilhelm, Hans, Martin Walter and William Walter Schneider.
He is survived by: his son Rev. George M. Schneider (Julie M. Schneider) of Seven Valleys; his granddaughter Zoe Olivia Schneider; and his siblings, Karl, Johannes, Werner Schneider, Maria Petzold and Margaret Steinhilber.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the SpiriTrust Lutheran Benevolent Fund for the Village at Kelly Drive.
