Sparks (Jerry) of Niota, TN and Christopher J. Carbaugh (Candace); her granddaughters, Autumn Aldinger (Jamie Shelton) of Tennessee and Briana Sparks of Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Remington and Jasmine Shelton of Tennessee; her sisters, Connie Wagner and Joyce Yeaple (Rick Hetrick); her niece Cori Hetrick (Eddy Winnebago); and her great-niece Ruby Winnebago.
