Dill (Miller); his daughter Julie Crump (Brian); his stepchildren, Pamela DeRolf and Steven Alwine; his grandchildren, Ashton, Taylor Crump, Jeremy Simmons, David DeRolf, Jr., Ashley Bosserman and Alexander Alwine; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Bosserman and Zander Alwine.
