He was predeceased by : his mother Norma Bowman; and his daughter Stacy Sue Harvey. He is survived by : his wife Joan M. Harvey (Wilson); his son David Harvey (Courtney Templeton) of York; and his sisters, Joyce Warner of Georgia and Angie Hitchcock of Tennessee.
