We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2022, at the age of 77, William E. Swartz (York, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Doug Swartz; and his sisters, Donna Brown and Susan Wilson. He is survived by: his daughter Debra S. Swartz of Dover; his grandchildren, Avery L. Handy of York, James D. Johnson of York, Jacob B. Stough of York and Ashley N. Shultz of York; his former wife Susan E. Swartz (Rohrbach); his nieces, Kim Wilson and Kristine Hamilton; and his nephew Jeff Schroll.
