He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Frey; his children, William R Frey (Debbie) and Russell W Frey (Alissa); his daughter-in-law Tara Frey; his grandchildren, Brittnie Stokes (Jeff), Kourtney Frey (Collin Kelly), Miranda Snyder (Ty), Tanner Frey and Austin Frey; his great grandchild Winnie Stokes; his stepgranddaughters, Kristi and Mya; his siblings, Brenda Joines, Dave Marsteller, Keith Marsteller, Kevin Marsteller, Joy Patterson and Kathy Frey-Kraft; and his siblings-in-law, Stewart and Robin. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
