He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Gallagher and Nellie Gallagher (Wright); and his daughter Elaine Kaiser. He is survived by: his wife Dottie E. Gallagher (Smith); his daughters, Ellen Benson of Dover and Erin Meyers (Dennis) of Red Lion; his stepchildren, Brad Barshinger (Theresa) of Dover, Barry Barshinger, Jr. (Paula) of Dallastown and Dorothy Godfrey (John) of Dallastown; and his sister Agnus Whitehead of Philipsburg. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
