He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Irene Hearn (Garner) and Charles L. Utley. He is survived by: his stepfather Cloyd A. Hearn; his wife Rosalie S. Castellano of Trinity, FL; and his children, Elizabeth Utley Goldman (Richard) of Ashland, MA and Stephen A. Utley (MA).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Sunday, December 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Etzweiler Funeral Home - York (1111 E Market St, York, PA 17403). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service (1111 E Market St, York, PA 17403).
