He is survived by: his daughters, India Y. Banks (Kelvin D. Banks), Tabitha A. Carter and DiShaya R. Kent of Atlanta, GA.; his grandchildren, Kiara Y. Banks, Kelvin M. Banks, Alexus V. Roberts-Gibson, Sincer Carter, Qu'Asia L. Carter, Ahshynae C. N. Johnson of Atlanta, GA. and Ayahna C. Johnson of Atlanta, GA.; his siblings, Eula M. Ritter and Marion R. Carter (Shirley Ruth) of York, PA; his brothers-in-law, Elliott Walker of Bamberg, SC and Norman Bibbins of Winterville; and his nephew Willie Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
