It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene L. Fowler of Youngstown, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis H. Burke Sr. and Helen Burke (Pastor); and her siblings, Lewis H. Burke Jr. (Jean) and Dolores Short (Owen). She is survived by : her husband James P. Fowler of Youngstown; her children, Lynn Fowler of Latrobe and Richard J. Fowler (Deborah) of Latrobe; her granddaughter Melissa McElhaney (Joshua) of Greensburg; her great grandchild Mason; her brother Julius Burke (Kathy) of Punxsutawney; and her caregivers, Darla, Tammy, Ashley, Melissa, Irene and Kathy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
