With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine H. Mitchell of Youngstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence M. Dodds Jr. and Helen Dodds (Fyalkowski); her brother Richard Dodds; her in-laws, Raymond and Ann Mitchell; and her brother-in-law Darwin Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond W. Mitchell Jr. of Youngstown; her children, Holly L. Tonkin (Bill) of Blairsville and Brian S. Mitchell (Jennifer) of Windermere, FL; her grandchildren, Mitchell Tonkin (Sara), Blake Tonkin (Jake), Zachary Mitchell (Anna), Tyler Mitchell and Maddie Mitchell; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Dodds and Linda Dodds.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Latrobe United Presbyterian Church, 340 Spring Street, Latrobe, PA 15650.
