She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlando "Orly" Papalia and Betty Papalia (Robbins); her husband Jay M. Gorton; her sister Veronica Rogers; and her close friend Lynn Schwab-VanGuilder.
She is survived by: her daughter Brandi Gorton of Warren; and her brother Joseph Papalia (Judy) of Warren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
