He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Trask and Samuella Trask (White); his wife Hannelore Dorothea Trask (Buchert); and his siblings, Susan Jones, Mike and Pete Trask.
He is survived by: his children, Christian Trask of Youngsville, Heike Carlson (Richard) of Erie, PA and Inge Farr (Michael) of Bunn, NC; his grandchildren, Tobin of Erie, PA, Samantha Farr of Erie, PA, Olivia of Erie, PA and Erin Carlson of Erie, PA; his great grandchild Mason Brown; and his siblings, Herbert Trask (Jo) of Wisconsin, Clara Olsen (Tim) of Warren and Phyllis Wolfe (Larry) of Pittsfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
