She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Gustafson and Anna Gustafson (Quint); her husband Robert W. Patchen Sr.; her grandson Dominic Suppa III; and her siblings, Linda Youngquist, Caroline Thompson and Roy Burrows.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Carnahan Sr. (Pennie) of Wrightsville, Sherri Pierce (William) of Gibsonville, Cara Seekings of Fredonia and Robert Patchen (Jodi) of Minot. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (314 N Main St, Youngsville, PA 16371).
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave, Warren, PA 16365.
