With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Betts of Youngsville, Pennsylvania, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford R. Betts and Rhea Northrop Betts; and his brother Edward L. Betts. He is survived by : his wife Susan Peterson Betts; his children, Clifford R. Betts (Martha) of Warren, PA., Jeannene M. Betts of Warren, PA. and Wyatt R. Betts of Warren, PA.; his grandsons, Ryan, Ross and Michael Betts; and his children, Randal, Steven Hoskinson and Michelle Robertson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
