He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood H. Bell and Linnie J. Hockenberry Bell. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kutler Bell, Hanna Lowden and Bryce Lowden; and his sister Donna Kelly of Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Rouse Estate.
