He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hart and Eda Hart (Blosser). He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Hart (Larry); his sons, Richard Larry Hart of Youngwood and Jeffrey Lee Hart (Lori Ann) of Youngwood; and his grandchildren, Leighann Jean Hart and Anthony Michael Hart.
