She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Hartzel and Hazel Hartzel (Gerwig). She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Piper (Blaine), Ruth Ann Hartzel and Dale Hartzel (Linda); her siblings' children, Kim Gaster, Julie Bokoski (Donald), Beth Fletcher (Tom), Justin Hartzel (Courtney), Jonathan Hartzel (Julianna) and Jared Hartzel (Megan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Grayson Hartzel, Jordan Hartzel, Josh Hartzel, Jacob Lemons, Addison Hartzel, Aubrey Hartzel, Emmalyn Hartzel and Piper Juillerat (Shelby).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Homes, Inc. - Zelienople East (324 E Grandview Ave, Zelienople, PA 16063). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
