He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph Summers and Catherine Isabel Orleman; and his sister JoAnn Summers. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Lou Moul (William) and Catherine Ann Soisson (Joseph); and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Moul (Jennifer), Dennis Moul, Matthew Soisson (Mary), Laura Moul Norris (Trevor) and Krissa Soisson Stiger (Clint).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's memory to Harmony EMS or Lutheran Services.
