She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Cy" Borland and Mabel Kennedy Borland; her husband Clark E. Mulneix; her grandson Garrett R. Webster; and her sister Nancy Stewart.
She is survived by: her son Randy Mulneix (Kathy); her granddaughter Brittany Mulneix; her great grandchild River; her grandchildren, Brooke Wagner and Cory; her great grandchildren, Harper, Harlan, Brent Mulneix and Baylie; her sister Beverly Miller (George); her sisters-in-law, Rose Slupe and Karen Somerville (Eddie); her close friend Elaine (family: Marcie Delaney); Kaysen, Susan Verba (Louie), Seth Verba, Lori, Lillian, Rebecca, Nathan Verba, Jennifer, Cadence, Cy, Lou Ann Webster (Rick), Brody Webster, Jacquelyn, Paul, Natasha Mulneix, Ivan and Audrey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Elaine's honor to Westminster United Presbyterian Church of Evans City, http://westminsterevanscity.org, and Breast Cancer Research Foundation, https://give.bcrf.org. This organization uses donation money to research the BRCA 1&2 genes to enable early detection and cancer prevention in BRCA gene carriers.
