He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Frederick and Pearl Devona Frederick (Scheidemantle); and his sister Edith Hall. He is survived by: his wife Leah G. "Till" Frederick (Allmann); his children, Kenneth E. Frederick (Ruth Anne), Marlene Brennan (Bob), Alan A. Frederick (Darla), Doug R. Frederick (Judy) and Sally Reichert (Roger); and his sister Wilda Clawson. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren; his 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The military honors will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Grace Church of Harmony (538 Main St, Harmony, PA 16037).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norman's memory to the Grace Church Mission Fund.
