She was predeceased by: her husband David J. Boes Sr.; her parents, William Schultz and Meta Schultz; and her brothers, Bill, Jack and Don.

She is survived by: her children, David J. Boes, Jr. (Beth), Carole Boes (Jennifer Stuebing), Janet Mondics (Ben), Kathy Carver (Rich) and Kelly McCaffrey (Keith).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Passavant Benevolent Care Fund, Lutheran Senior Life Foundation (105 Burgess Dr., Zelienople, PA 16063).
