He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wasyluk and Stella Wasyluk (Kostecki); his wife Helen Wasyluk (Thomas); his siblings, Michael Wasyluk, Ann Tokarek and Nell Corcetti; and his nephew Richard Tokarek.
He is survived by: his children, David T. Wasyluk (Lori) of Mogadore, Ohio and Lori Kushik (Mark) of Cranberry Township; and his grandson Scott Kushik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
