He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Robert Oltrogge and Ruth Oltrogge (Johnson); and his brother Timothy Oltrogge. He is survived by: his wife Paula Oltrogge; his children, Obi Adrian (Eric) and Beth Oltrogge; his grandchildren, Holly and Aria Adrian; his sisters, Wendy Moore (Tom) and Elaine Smith (Craig); and his sister-in-law Rachael Oltrogge (Timothy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
