He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Warner and Mildred Goehring Warner; his son David B. Warner; and his siblings, Carl David, Clair E. Warner and Doris Jean Schott.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Warner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
