He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Ann Thomaselli and George Samuel West, Sr.; his siblings, George Samuel West, Jr., Ricky James West and Tamara McClure; and his son James Alexander West.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Elaine West (Wagner) of Zelienople; his brother Thomas J. West of Atlanta, GA; his children, Jennifer E. West and Brian J. West; his daughter-in-law Sarah E. Brandstetter; and his grandsons, Samuel J. West and Gabriel K. Kukkonen. He is also survived by 8 nieces/nephews.
