He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wiscount and Stella Sternick Wiscount; his grandson Ryan Wiscount; his great grandchild Tyler Milbut; and his sisters, Elizabeth Dorazio and Joanne Wiscount.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Stine Wiscount; and his children, Lorrie Frey (Dave), Jodie Thomas, Joseph Wiscount (Lee Ann Butensky) and Marea Heck (Dale).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dimon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (644 E Grand Ave, Tower City, PA 17980). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
