She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haley and Rita Karman Haley; her husband Clarence "Clem" Smulktis; and her brother George Haley. She is survived by: her son Scott Smulktis (Shannon); her sister Judy Swartz; and her grandsons, Steven and Carson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
