With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia B. Smith of Zieglerville, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances M. Baechtel (Haslett) and Clarence A. Baechtel; and her brothers, Robert Baechtel, James Baechtel and Dick Baechtel.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Smith (Julie) of Cheyenne, WY, Elaine Newell (Jay) of Des Moines, IA and Amy Smith (Julie Kinzel) of Creamery, PA; and her grandchildren, Josh Newell (Lauren Wilson) of Winder, GA and Andie Newell of Los Angeles, CA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Frederick Living Benevolent Fund or to St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 3206 Big Rd. Zieglerville, PA 19492.
