He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. Paulhus and Frances Paulhus (Studley); and his siblings, Margaret Reposa and Frank Shea. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathleen Medina of Riverside and Lisa Fisher of East Providence; and his grandchildren, Amanda Medina and Daniel Duarte. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
