He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Collins (Duffy Doiron) of Barrington and Patrick G. Collins (YueLing) of Barrington; his grandson John Gendron (Lyndsi); his children, Peri Cianchette, Asa Cianchette, Derrick Rao, Amelia Collins and Avery Collins; and his great grandchildren, Pepper and Bodie Gendron.
