She was predeceased by: her husband Frank V. Acciardo of Barrington, RI; her parents, Estulano D. Carreiro and Mary T. Carreiro (Sylvia) of Bristol, RI; and her siblings, Frank Carreiro, Ann McKay, Sarah Cabral and Mabel Almeida.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Leach (Scott Leach) of South Kingstown, RI and Mary D'Agostino (Stanley Surtel) of Smithfield, RI; her grandsons, Brian Leach (Lauren Leach) of Scituate, RI and Alexander Leach (Stephanie Randall) of Smithfield, RI; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Gemma and Cameron Leach. She is also survived by many loving nieces and loyal friends.
