Though Clarence may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Clarence leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen E. Charles (Carter); his parents, Vernon Charles and Joyce Charles (Fielder); his sons, Billy, Joe, Kevin and Paul; and his close friend Sandy.
