He is survived by: his children, Manuel Azevedo (Connie) of Fall River, MA, Marie Leddy (Robert Sanchas) of Warren, RI and Charlie Azevedo of Bristol, RI; his grandchildren, Gina Dipietro and Joey Leddy (Tiffany Hayden); and his great grandchildren, Dylan, John, Joey Jr., Everley and Carly.
