Arthur leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Arthur’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Arthur will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio and Mary Almeida (Madeiro). He is survived by: his wife Mary Almeida (Perry); his daughters, Wendy Clifford (Adam) of Bristol and Laurie Carvalho (Craig) of Tiverton, RI; his grandchildren, Lauren Souza (Jared) of Riverside, RI, Jeremy Securo of Bristol and William Clifford of Bristol; his brother-in-law Manny Perry (Cathy) of Bristol; and his siblings, David, Catherine Bradley, Irene Garner and Evelyn Nappi (Jack). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New Hope Christian Church (1436 Grand Army of the Republic Hwy, Swansea, MA 02777).
