He is survived by: his daughter Jessica; his wife Melynda; his parents, Timothy Maciel (Charlene) and Shannon Johnson (Steven); his siblings, Amber Pierce (Zach Van Dyk), Timothy Maciel and Tyler Maciel; his grandparents, William and Sheila Moon; his parents-in-law, Denis and Gina Durrell; and his pet King. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
