He was predeceased by: his wife Julia S. Ferreira (Ferreira); his parents, Constantino "Gus" and Amelia Ferreira (Castro); and his brother Joseph Ferreira. He is survived by: his children, Lori Vales (David) of Warren, Susan Abramson (Stewart) of East Greenwich and Mark Ferreira (Cheryl) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Chelsea Vales, Davey Vales, Julianne Abramson-Denson (Chris), Austin Abramson, Peter Ferreira (Meghan), Nicholas Ferreira and Lauren Ferreira; his great grandchild Brayden Vales; his close friend Peg Lawrence; and his sister Maria Ferreira. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
