She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur M. Carreiro; her parents, John Swanton and Eileen Swanton (O'Neill); and her son David A. Carreiro. She is survived by: her daughters, Eileen Carreiro-Lewandowski (Anthony) of Michigan and Ann Laprade (Andre) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Eric Lewandowski (Sapna Nagar), Kathryn Flanagan (Timothy), Elizabeth and Alex Laprade; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Arianna, Erin, Cameron Flanagan, Anand and Asha Lewandowski; and her brother Jack Swanton of Sarasota, Florida..
