With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor F. Sickles of Bristol, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 14, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. Sickles; her daughter Karen O'Connell-Griffin; and her sister Roselyn A. Meehan. She is survived by: her son Kevin O'Connell (Nancy); her granddaughters, Sarah Griffin, Victoria Clucas (Kevin), Diana Sickles-Sheehan (James) and Natalie Bergeron-Keefe (David); and her great grandchildren, Eloise Sickles-Sheehan and Kennedy Clucas.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eleanor's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Alzheimer's Association, 245 Waterman St. #306, Providence, RI 02906.
